Accessibility Statement
Relay Labs Limited is committed to making CruiseCtrl usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement reflects our commitments under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, applicable from 28 June 2025).
Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as reflected in the European harmonised standard EN 301 549, across the CruiseCtrl website and apps.
Measures we take
- High-contrast dark theme with legible type sizes and scalable text.
- Semantic structure, labelled controls and meaningful touch targets.
- Keyboard and screen-reader support on the web; platform accessibility APIs on mobile.
- Not relying on colour alone to convey meaning; clear focus states.
- Accessibility considered in design and reviewed as we ship new features.
Known limitations
Some areas are still being improved — for example, the live map and certain media-rich interactions can be harder to use with assistive technology. We are actively working on these. If something is blocking you, please tell us (below) and we will help and prioritise a fix.
Feedback & contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an accessible format, contact support@cruisectrl.eu. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the relevant national market-surveillance authority for the European Accessibility Act. In Ireland this is coordinated through the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie); users in other EU/EEA countries may contact their national authority.
